To apply for a grant of up to £3,000, please read the guidelines carefully and fill in the application form after downloading it first - the form cannot be completed online. We invite applications by the following dates:
31 March
30 June
30 September
31 December
Please note that groups may normally only apply for one grant during the Charity's financial year, April-March. Groups should discuss with the Trustees first if they wish to make more than one application during the year.

A signed and dated copy of the group’s constitution/Articles of Association
Evidence of Public Liability Insurance
Copies of the group’s most recent bank statements (for every account)
Your latest financial accounts
Evidence of need e.g. Letters of support, records of consultation events, petitions etc.
Copies of written estimates / quotes for the costs of the project (3 comparable quotes for items over £1000 are preferred, if possible)
Evidence of any other financial contribution towards the project (match funding evidence, if relevant).
Location plan / drawing (if relevant.)
Evidence of legal interest in property e.g. lease or deeds (if relevant).
Evidence of planning permission or written evidence from the relevant authority confirming that planning permission is not required (if relevant.)
Evidence of Building Regulations approval or written evidence from the relevant authority confirming that Building Regulations approval is not needed (if relevant.)
